The Role
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional needs.
- Build a strong, trusting relationship to support both learning and emotional wellbeing.
- Help deliver a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom experience.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored strategies.
