We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in Morden from September. This rewarding role involves teaching a Key Stage 2 class of pupils with Autism (ASD) and complex needs, helping to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
- Full-time position starting in September
- Teaching a Key Stage 2 class
- Working with pupils with ASD and complex needs
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience working with SEND pupils, particularly those with Autism
- Is passionate about inclusive education
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
- Is patient, adaptable, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for pupils
