Pink Tile Education Ltd is recruiting a Pupil Support Assistant to join its brand-new specialist SEMH school opening in Esher, Surrey this September. You will support pupils aged 7–17 with SEMH needs and moderate learning difficulties, providing 1:1 and small-group support throughout the school day.

Working alongside teachers and the pastoral team, you will help students feel safe, valued and ready to learn, encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation while building trusting relationships.
