Pink Tile Education Ltd in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, is seeking a Behaviour Support TA to join a specialist SEMH school from September.

You will work with pupils to help access learning, develop positive relationships, and achieve individual goals in a supportive, structured environment.

The role involves 1:1 and small group work, assisting with learning activities and behaviour management, and promoting emotional regulation and independence.
