Pink Tile Education Ltd is opening a specialist SEMH school in Esher, Surrey, and is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils aged 7–17 with SEMH and MLD.

The role is 8:30am–4:30pm, full-time, at £110 per day, on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in September.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using positive behaviour strategies to foster engagement and emotional regulation, while collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff to implement support plans.
