About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of secondary schools in Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
