Overview
Confidence and Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Seaford.
Salary: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, routines, learning engagement, confidence and positive choices.
- Assist pupils who may have SEMH needs, anxiety, autism, ADHD, communication needs or low self-esteem, helping them recover from difficult moments and feel capable in the classroom.
- Encourage pupils to try again and notice small wins that help them move forward.
Qualifications / Experience:
Role may suit someone from youth work, mentoring, care, SEND support, pastoral support, behaviour support, sports coaching, mental health support or alternative provision. Looking for someone steady, positive and able to notice small wins that help pupils progress.
