Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Relational Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Burgess Hill. This role would suit someone who understands that strong relationships can change how a child feels about school.
As a Relational Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, routines, confidence and access to learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, anxiety, autism, ADHD, attachment needs, communication needs or low self-esteem. You will help pupils feel understood while also supporting clear expectations, boundaries and positive choices.
This role may suit someone from youth work, mentoring, care, SEND support, pastoral support, mental health support, sports coaching, family support or alternative provision.
- Location: Burgess Hill
- Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
- Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
- Start: As soon as possible or September
