Pink Tile Education are looking for a Regulation Support Teaching Assistant for a school in Newhaven. This role is ideal for someone who can help pupils manage big emotions, reset after difficult moments and feel ready to learn.
As a Regulation Support Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, routines, transitions, confidence and engagement. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory needs, trauma-related barriers or communication difficulties. This role is about being calm when pupils are not, helping them feel safe and supporting them back into learning.
This role may suit someone from youth work, care, mentoring, SEND support, mental health support, behaviour support, pastoral support, sports coaching or alternative provision. The school needs someone who can be patient, consistent and able to offer a fresh start after difficult moments.

- Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
- Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
