About the role:
Pink Tile Education are looking for a Positive Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Bexhill. This role is ideal for someone who can bring calm, consistency and encouragement to pupils who need extra support to succeed. As a Positive Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, routines and learning engagement. The role is not about punishment or control; it is about building trust, modelling better choices and helping pupils feel capable of doing well in school.
This role could suit someone from youth work, coaching, SEND, care, mentoring, behaviour intervention, pastoral support, mental health support or alternative provision. You will need to be patient, positive and able to celebrate small wins.
