This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Encouraging engagement within lessons and school activities
- Building positive relationships with pupils
- Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
- Working closely with teaching staff and therapists

- Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults is desirable
