Pink Tile Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for a school in Petworth. This role would suit someone who is calm, confident and able to build trust with pupils who may find school challenging.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, routines and engagement in learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma backgrounds or difficulties managing the demands of a classroom. Your role will be to help pupils feel safe, stay regulated and make positive choices throughout the school day.
