Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding part‑time role? Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are working with a large, well‑established primary school in Crawley, seeking a part‑time Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Helping to build pupils’ confidence, independence, and social skills
- Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment
