Pink Tile Education are looking for a Nurture Teaching Assistant for a supportive school in Burgess Hill. This role would suit someone warm, patient and emotionally intelligent who wants to help children feel safe, settled and ready to learn.
As a Nurture Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils who may need extra help with confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, routines, communication or behaviour. You may work with children on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or within the classroom, helping them access learning and build positive relationships with adults and peers.
