Overview Nurture Support Assistant – Hailsham Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Nurture Support Assistant for a school in Hailsham.
This role would suit someone warm, steady and patient who wants to support children who need extra emotional and learning support.
Responsibilities Help pupils feel settled, safe and ready to learn.
Support children with confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, communication, routines or behaviour.
May involve 1:1 support, small-group work and classroom support.
Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety or speech and language needs as required.
Requirements / Qualifications Experience in schools, nurseries, childcare, care, youth work, family support, SEND, SEMH, mental health support or mentoring is welcomed.
Ability to provide calm, consistent and kind support.
Flexible for temporary, permanent or temp-to-perm opportunities; start as soon as possible or in September.
