Pink Tile Education Ltd in Littlehampton is seeking a Behaviour and Resilience Teaching Assistant to help pupils rebuild confidence and cope with challenges in school. The role offers hourly pay and a flexible start, with options including temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm contracts.
You will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, motivation, routines and engagement. Some learners may have SEMH needs, ADHD, autism or anxiety, and you will work to help them re-engage with their education.
