Pink Tile Education are looking for a Behaviour and Resilience Teaching Assistant for a school in Littlehampton. This role is ideal for someone who wants to help pupils rebuild confidence, develop coping strategies and feel more successful in school.
As a Behaviour and Resilience Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, motivation, routines and learning engagement. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, anxiety, low self-esteem, communication needs or trauma-related barriers. This role is about helping pupils recover from difficult moments, re-engage with learning and believe they can do better.
This position may suit someone from youth work, care, mentoring, sports coaching, SEND support, pastoral support, mental health support, behaviour support or alternative provision. The school is looking for someone who can stay calm, hold boundaries and celebrate small steps forward.
Location: Littlehampton
Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
Start: As soon as possible or September
