Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support, small group assistance, or classroom support to pupils, helping children access learning, manage transitions, follow daily routines, build confidence, and feel included in school life.
- Some pupils may also have ADHD, speech and language needs, anxiety, sensory processing needs or wider SEND.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone nurturing, reliable and able to provide steady support.
- Experience with autism, SEND, care, childcare, youth work, tutoring, nursery work or school support would be helpful, but the right attitude and consistency are just as important.
