We are working with a specialist provision in the Bordon area that is looking to appoint a Class Teacher on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible through to the end of the academic year. This setting supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced disrupted education or require a more tailored, relationship-led approach to learning.
Class sizes are small, with strong support staff presence, allowing for a more individualised and structured learning environment. This is a role where building trust and consistency is just as important as delivering the curriculum. The school is looking for someone who can create a calm, engaging classroom where pupils feel safe, understood and able to re-engage with education.
The role will involve:
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs
