Pink Tile Education are recruiting an Inclusion and Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Lewes. This role would suit someone who wants to help pupils stay connected to learning, friendships and school routines, even when things feel difficult.

As an Inclusion and Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, confidence, emotional regulation, communication and engagement in class. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, social communication needs or additional learning needs. This role may involve 1:1 support, small-group support, classroom support and helping pupils regulate before returning to learning.

This role may suit someone from youth work, care, SEND support, mentoring, behaviour support, mental health support, sports coaching, pastoral support or alternative provision. The school is looking for someone patient, fair and consistent, with the ability to build relationships without taking challenging behaviour personally.

Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available. Start: As soon as possible or September.
