Pink Tile Education Ltd is recruiting for an Alternative Provision - HLTA to support a SEMH centre in Crawley.
The role runs Monday to Friday during term time, 8:00am–4:00pm with a salary of £30,000–£33,000 per year and a temporary-to-permanent path through Pink Tile Education.
The successful candidate will lead sessions, manage challenging behaviour, build relationships with pupils, and help them re-engage with education, while contributing to pupils' personal development and future goals.
