Responsibilities
- Support a pupil in accessing lessons, following routines, and managing transitions
- Build confidence and help the pupil feel included in school life
- Provide support for communication, sensory needs, focus, emotional regulation, social interaction, or behaviour
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support
Qualifications and Experience
- Patient, calm, and emotionally resilient
- Experience with SEND, autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, care, childcare, or school support (desired)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
