A specialist SEN school in Faversham is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible. This is a rewarding role supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, working 1:1 and in small groups, as well as within the classroom.

The role:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN needs on a 1:1 and group basis
  • Providing in-class support to help pupils access learning
  • Supporting behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation
