This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping students develop confidence in reading, writing, and analytical thinking.
You will deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting learners of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
Requirements- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- Have strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
- Be confident delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Be committed to raising attainment and supporting all learners
- Be able to manage behaviour effectively and create a positive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive department
- Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Support learners of all abilities to achieve their full potential
- Contribute to department planning and collaborative practice
- Maintain high expectations while fostering a supportive learning environment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.
