Primary Individual Needs Assistant – Horsham
£14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Primary Individual Needs Assistant for a school in Horsham. This Horsham role is ideal for someone who wants to support a child closely and help them feel safe, included and successful in school.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil who needs additional help during the school day.
- Support with learning, communication, sensory needs, routines, transitions, social interaction, behaviour or emotional regulation.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEND, autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, childcare, care or school support is desirable.
- Calm, patient and nurturing personality; consistency is important.
Location: Horsham
Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour

Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
Start: As soon as possible or September
