About the role
Pink Tile Education are looking for a Classroom Teaching Assistant for a friendly school in Horsham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children, working as part of a team and making the school day calmer, smoother and more positive.
Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with daily learning, classroom routines, small-group work and pupil engagement.
- Help with reading, writing, maths, phonics, behaviour expectations, confidence and social skills.

Qualifications
- Organised, approachable and confident with children.
- Have school experience or come from childcare, tutoring, care, sports coaching, clubs, youth work or nursery settings.
