Pink Tile Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for a school in Horsham. This role would suit someone who is calm, consistent, and confident when supporting pupils who may find school challenging.
Role Overview
As a Behaviour Support Assistant in Horsham, you will help pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions, follow routines, and engage with learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma backgrounds, or social and communication needs. You will work with teaching and pastoral staff to provide structure, encouragement, and positive boundaries.
Key Responsibilities

- Apply positive boundaries and encouragement with pupils who have SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma backgrounds or social and communication needs.
Ideal Candidate
Background in schools, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching, mental health support, SEND support, or behaviour intervention. Calm, consistent, and confident, able to build trust and help pupils move forward.

Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Contract options: Temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm opportunities available
