We are currently recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants for a specialist school in Haywards Heath supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, alongside additional SEN. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Encouraging engagement within lessons and daily routines
  • Building positive, consistent relationships with students
  • Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
