Pink Tile Education are working with a specialist provision in Havant who are looking for an SEMH Teacher to join them on a long-term basis after the May half term. The provision supports students who require additional behavioural and emotional support and are looking for a teacher who can provide consistency, structure and encouragement.
The role will involve:
- Teaching small classes
- Delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Supporting pupils both academically and emotionally
- Working closely with support staff and external professionals
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Be patient, resilient and approachable
- Have experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour
This is a full-time, long-term position with excellent support from leadership and support staff.
