Pink Tile Education is recruiting for a specialist school near Emsworth that supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream education. The school takes a therapeutic and relationship-led approach, helping pupils build resilience, confidence and positive pathways for the future.
The Role
- Supporting students with SEMH needs throughout the school day
- Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- Supporting classroom learning and engagement
- Working alongside teaching, pastoral and therapy teams
