A specialist provision in Havant is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day. Many of the students have experienced barriers to education and may present with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD or challenges around emotional regulation. The school is looking for someone who can build positive relationships, remain calm under pressure and provide consistent support.
