Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming school in Hassocks. This role would suit someone who enjoys helping children feel confident, settled and successful in the classroom.
The school is looking for a kind, consistent and reliable Learning Support Assistant who can support pupils with learning, focus, communication and confidence. You may be working with children 1:1, in small groups or alongside the class teacher during whole-class lessons.
This role could involve supporting pupils with SEND, helping with literacy and numeracy, encouraging positive behaviour and building strong daily routines.
Location: Hassocks
Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available
Start: As soon as possible or September
We are looking for someone patient, warm and proactive. Previous school experience is helpful, but we are also keen to hear from candidates with experience in childcare, care, youth work, tutoring, coaching, nursery work or supporting children with additional needs.
