Pink Tile Education are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting in Fareham from September 2026. This is a long-term role supporting children with additional needs on both a 1:1 and small group basis. The school are looking for someone calm, nurturing and proactive who genuinely enjoys helping children build confidence and access learning successfully.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs including:
