We are working with a well-established secondary SEND provision in Winchester that is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant for September. This setting supports pupils with a range of needs including autism, moderate learning difficulties and communication needs. The school is structured, well-resourced and places a strong focus on consistency and routine. You will be part of a team supporting pupils both academically and socially.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
  • Assisting with differentiated learning activities
