A specialist SEND school in Eastleigh is looking for an Autism Support Assistant to join their team. This is not a “sit at the back of the classroom” kind of role. You’ll be actively supporting pupils with Autism and communication needs throughout the day — helping with routines, emotional regulation, sensory needs and learning activities.

The ideal candidate will be:

Experience with PECS, Makaton or sensory strategies is beneficial, but not essential.
