Support Mentors & Teaching Assistants – SEMH School Hailsham Area | Full-Time | Immediate Start Day Rate £90-£110
Are you ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for resilient, adaptable and passionate Support Mentors / Teaching Assistants to support small classes of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across primary and secondary.
The Role
- Support pupils in small group settings
- Build strong, positive relationships
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Encourage engagement in learning
- Support emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Work closely with teaching staff
