Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a nurture-style provision within a primary school in Hailsham. This is a specific Hailsham school looking for a Teaching Assistant who can support younger pupils with big emotions, low confidence, attachment needs, social communication difficulties and behaviour that can escape when they feel overwhelmed.
You will be working closely with the class team, SENCO and pastoral staff to help pupils feel safe, follow routines, manage transitions and access learning in a way that works for them.
