Pink Tile Education are looking for a Resilience and Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Hailsham. This role is perfect for someone who wants to help pupils rebuild confidence, develop coping strategies and make positive choices at school.

As a Resilience and Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, motivation and access to learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, anxiety, ADHD, autism, low self-esteem, communication needs or trauma-related barriers. You will help pupils reset after difficult moments, follow routines and feel able to try again.

This role may suit someone from youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, care, SEND support, pastoral support, mental health support, behaviour intervention or alternative provision. This is a role for someone who believes young people can change when the adults around them stay consistent.

Location: Hailsham

Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour

Contract options: Temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available

Start: As soon as possible or September
