The Role
- You will work closely with pupils who may have:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Speech and language difficulties
- Moderate to severe learning difficulties
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
