Pink Tile Education is recruiting Pupil Engagement Mentors to join a specialist SEMH school in Guildford.
The role focuses on engagement, relationships and emotional support rather than traditional teaching, and is suitable for candidates from education, youth work, care, coaching or support backgrounds.
You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, build trust, encourage engagement and independence, help with emotional regulation, and work with teachers and pastoral staff to meet needs.
