Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant in Farnborough. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a welcoming and inclusive school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assist the class teacher with tailored learning activities
- Promote a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Help manage behaviour and encourage independence
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training and DBS on the Update Service (essential)
