Pink Tile Education are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting in Fareham from September 2026. This is a long-term role supporting children with additional needs on both a 1:1 and small group basis. The school are looking for someone calm, nurturing and proactive who genuinely enjoys helping children build confidence and access learning successfully.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs including:

  • Autism
  • Speech & Language needs
  • SEMH
  • ADHD
  • EHCP-supported learning

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working with children or young people
  • Be patient, adaptable and relationship-focused
  • Be confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Work well as part of a wider classroom team
  • Be passionate about supporting SEND learners

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build long-term school experience within a supportive SEND-focused environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, term time only.

Applicants MUST:

  • Hold an Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service
  • Have up-to-date safeguarding training
  • Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years
