We are currently recruiting Complex Needs Assistants to join a specialist SEND school in Esher from September.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals within a supportive specialist setting.
The role will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support.
- Supporting pupils with communication, engagement, and emotional regulation.
- Assisting pupils with Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and medical needs.
- Supporting with personal care where required.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support pupil progress.
- Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or complex needs.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.
Training and ongoing support will be provided.
