Behaviour Assistants to join a brand-new specialist school opening in Esher this September. Supporting pupils aged
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) , you'll play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement with learning.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis throughout the school day.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils develop emotional regulation strategies.
- Building trusted relationships to improve confidence, attendance and engagement.
- Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom.
- Working closely with teachers and the pastoral team to meet individual needs.
About You
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable, particularly in education, SEND, care or youth work.
- Calm, resilient and empathetic, with a positive approach.
- Confident managing behaviour and building positive relationships.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
