Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in small classes, helping with learning, regulation, routines and positive relationships.
- Remain calm, avoid taking behaviour personally and consistently show up as a calm, reliable adult for pupils.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience in SEMH, SEND, behaviour support, youth work, care, mentoring, residential support or school-based support.
- Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS and satisfactory references.
