The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing across the nursery.
- Assist with fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Help maintain a safe, happy and nurturing environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Support daily routines including mealtimes, outdoor play and learning activities.
- Work collaboratively with experienced Early Years professionals.
- We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
- Is warm, approachable and enthusiastic.
- Enjoys building strong relationships with young children.
- Is flexible, dependable and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
Level 3 Early Years qualification would be an advantage , but experienced Nursery Assistants without a Level 3 qualification are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references.
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child development.
