This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. You will play a key role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential within a positive and nurturing school environment.
The school is looking for someone who brings warmth, patience, and resilience, and who can form positive relationships with students who may need additional encouragement and guidance throughout their school day. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure every learner feels supported, valued, and able to succeed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
- Be caring, patient, and consistent in their approach
- Be confident in building positive, supportive relationships with students
