Salary: £14.25 per hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

Term time only

We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist settings in Dorking. You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups, helping children with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and feel supported in school. You don’t need previous TA experience – we’re keen to hear from people with transferable skills, such as:

  • Lived experience of SEN
  • Care assistants or support workers
  • Psychology graduates
  • Youth workers, coaches, childcare practitioners
  • Anyone who has supported vulnerable children or adults

Important Notice: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa. All applicants must:

  • Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one

Pay includes 12.07% holiday pay. We aim to respond to all applications within three working days.
