The predicted salary is between 23000 - 27000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting a qualified PSHE Teacher for a specialist SEMH school in Dorking, supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, alongside some additional SEN.
This role involves delivering engaging PSHE lessons and supporting learners who may also be working towards GCSE level content where appropriate.
The role includes:
- Planning and delivering PSHE lessons
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional SEN needs
- Promoting wellbeing, resilience, and life skills
- Adapting learning to meet individual needs
- Working closely with pastoral and support teams
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching PSHE
- Is confident working with SEMH learners
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
