We’re looking for a caring and reliable SEND Support Assistant to join a friendly primary special needs school in Crawley. You’ll support children with a range of additional needs in a small, supportive classroom setting.
The Role:
- Support pupils with a variety of SEND, including verbal and non-verbal needs
- Assist with personalised learning activities
- Help manage behaviour in a calm and positive way
- Encourage emotional and social development
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
